I will talk you (or the recipient) through proper installation of one car seat (or one infant car seat and one additional base in a 2nd vehicle), instruct on proper use, practice harnessing with the child (or doll), go over details of your particular seat and vehicle, discuss next steps and answer any questions. Appointment will be scheduled after purchase at a time convenient to all parties.
